Jun Yasumoto

Born in Tokyo, Japanese and French industrial designer Jun Yasumoto moved to France to study at 18. After graduating from ENSCI-Les Ateliers in Paris in 2001, he began collaborating with Jasper Morrison Office for Design. At the same time, Jun Yasumoto established himself as an independent designer, working with international brands on a range of projects. The designer’s portfolio includes furniture, product, lighting, and tableware design. Putting an emphasis on minimalism, the designer aims to give character to simple objects. Subtle and refined, creative details enhance each product’s personality further. Jun Yasumoto lives and works in Paris, France.
