Born in 1993, Italian designer Natale Li Vecchi has already exhibited his work at Fuorisalone, Achille Castiglioni Foundation, and at the Source - International Exhibition of Self-produced Design. He has also won two international product design contests to create designs for Italian brand Formabilio. In his work, the designer aims to uncover the essential elements of objects. He removes any superfluous details to design simple, functional products that enrich the everyday. The designer uses a blend of new technology and artisanal skills to create his designs; for example, pairing 3D printing with hand-sanding techniques. Natale Li Vecchi currently lives and works in Resuttano, a small town in the middle of Sicily, Italy.
