Vincent Dubourg | Vortex At Carpenters Workshop Gallery
Paris, France
Art
French artist Vincent Dubourg was born in 1977. His work blends sculptural furniture and architectural elements. Conceptual and thought-provoking, Dubourg’s designs intrigue with their ambiguity. Deconstructed shapes and organic volumes create the illusion of destruction or creation captured in progress, with the dynamic artworks seemingly paused mid-movement. The artist uses both experimental and traditional crafting techniques to create his sculptural designs, including cabinet making and glass blowing as well as metal casting and wood bending. Vincent Dubourg’s work has been exhibited in both group and solo exhibitions in cities like NYC, Paris, Dubai, Miami, or Mexico City.
