The Dash Bike By Taylor Stitch

California-based Taylor Stitch designs clothes that “fit well and function simply”, including the versatile Travel Chinos we wrote about previously. To accompany the new CIVIC collection designed for urban commuters, the brand launched its first custom bike design, The Dash. And it’s as beautiful as you’d expect it to be.
The clean aesthetic as well as vintage influences combine in a gorgeously simple bicycle that is ideal for daily commuting. A collaborative effort, the handmade bike was brought to life by Taylor Stitch, Aaron Stinner of Stinner Bicycles and Chicago-based Heritage Bicycles. Needless to say, the attention to detail is stunning. Golden and copper accents, a Brooks B17 saddle in custom CIVIC green, as well as natural cork grips. The Dash comes with a 2-speed hub, FSA Gimondi crank, Velo-Orange Milan handlebar, and Wellgo City pedals.

Available through a crowd funding campaign in the company’s workshop, The Dash comes in four sizes. You can pre-order it for $1,098 here and show it off on your daily commute from the beginning of June, when the first shipments start. Photo credits: Taylor Stitch.
