London, United Kingdom
London practice led by Tamsin Hanke and Sash Scott. They design buildings, interiors, and installations for culture, retail, music, and selected homes. The work starts on site—talking to users, measuring light and noise, testing materials at full scale—then moves quickly into drawings and prototypes. Budgets and constraints aren’t glossed over; they’re used to tune structure, services, and fit-out so the result is clear, buildable, and easy to run.
Projects range from compact retail spaces that change layout in minutes, to small cultural venues with careful acoustics and robust finishes, to one-off houses where energy use and comfort drive the plan. The studio stays with a project from first sketch to handover, coordinating trades and refining details in the workshop as much as on paper. The aim is simple: spaces that work hard, feel good to be in, and wear well over time.
