Magnetic Furniture by Benjamin Vermeulen

It’s never good when you have a screw left over. And you discover two days after you hung the fan in the living room, it was hanging by a thread without it. Don’t worry, it never fell, but there’s no reason why it shouldn’t have. We discovered it took care of it. This makes the flat packed magnetic-assembled furniture set called Magnetic Assisted Geometry (MAG) so perfect for wives like me with husbands like mine. We’re making it easy on you, boys. No screws, no confusing instructions, no getting tools out or wondering where that tiny useless wrench thingy got to. Just snap and click and pop those pieces together by the force of their strong magnet connection. It’s great to tear down and set back up for rearranging the apartment or for those who move often. Designed by Benjamin Vermeulen, presented it during Dutch Design Week.
