15 new pieces that showcase the renowned artist’s vibrant style across different mediums.

Spanish artist Jaime Hayon is renowned around the world for his bold aesthetic, vibrant style and surreal themes that appear throughout his work, from decorative objects, paintings, sculptures and art installations to interior design projects. We had the privilege of interviewing the artist about his creative world, and now we’re excited to see that Jaime Hayon has created 15 new works. Open from the 26th of April at the Galerie kreo in Paris, the ‘Atelier Wonderland’ art exhibition showcases a series of ceramic and glass objects as well as furniture pieces and large-scale paintings. Like the InfinitaMente exhibition, a retrospective of the artist’s work spanning 20 years, this art show immerses art lovers into a mesmerizing universe.

Transformed entirely into a vibrant wonderland, the art gallery invites visitors to step into Jaime Hayon’s world. The exhibition showcases not only the artist’s signature style, but also his versatility and love of traditional crafts. Created in various mediums, the pieces include ceramic vases, chandeliers, and wood tables as well as handcrafted Murano glass mirrors and large-scale paintings. While the hand-painted ceramic vases and chandeliers give a nod to Mediterranean crafting traditions, the handcrafted Murano mirrors celebrate the skill of master Venetian artisans. Also included in the exhibition, the series of Organism walnut wood tables and the Organism cabinet along with the Bird coffee table and the Ouistiti and Monkey side tables create a poetic connection between art and design.

The ‘Atelier Wonderland’ art exhibition opened on April 26 and ends on July 26 2024. Art lovers, collectors and fans of Jaime Hayon’s work can also purchase the pieces directly from the art gallery. Images courtesy of Galerie kreo.
