This edible creation by Nendo is the latest addition to Häagen-Dazs’ series of designer holiday ice cream cakes. The romantic design places milk chocolate houses atop a snowy white box cake. The sweet little homes represent a village and harken back to simpler times, just like a good holiday can. The cakes come in two flavors, caramel nut and mixed fruit. The cake will be on sale this winter only at Häagen-Dazs’ Champs Élysées store in Paris. Orders of multiple cakes come with chocolate bridges to connect the many villages.
