Nomad’s Mobile Kitchens

Nomad is a mobile kitchen brand developed by chef Stefan Wiertz and Nobert Brakonier, Spaces and Furniture.  Their modular kitchen cubes fit state-of-the art equipment inside functional, modern designs. Made of oak, stainless steel, or Corian, the cubes are durable enough to follow a home cook throughout his or her life. Nomad’s latest, the DESIGN LINE, was developed in collaboration with furniture brand Supergrau. The DESIGN LINE debuted at imm Cologne 2014, the international furnishing show, where Wiertz demonstrated the versatility of the small kitchen in daily cooking demos. The new module includes a prep space, a stove, a sink, and a bar. Infused with a Supergrau’s signature style, the design is rather minimal except for the built-in lights, which add a bold yet mature red to the DESIGN LINE’s otherwise blank slate.
