PiantaLà by Andrea Rekalidis

A garden wouldn’t be complete without climbing Morning Glories anxious to greet you or a kingly Mandevilla to pamper you. They cascade gently around anything they can reach. Smartly made, the Piantala by Italian designer Andrea Rekalidis encourages these greenery beauties to follow suit. The metal rod is shaped into the all American white picket fence. It’s a lovely idea reminding us of backyard tire swings and catching frogs in the creek. This trellis either stands by itself with the round feet or they can be removed so you can stick the legs directly into the ground. You can use these almost anywhere sunlight stretches, from a balcony in Manhattan to a rooftop in London.
