Now you see it, now you don’t: is pop-out the new cart? Taking its cue from outrageously popular food trucks, São Paolo’s The Gourmet Tea is ¾ fully-stocked tea shop, and ¼ overnight art show. Rather than driving away after a day of business, though, the shop’s owners flip down some colorful, movable panels—courtesy of Brazilian architect Alan Chu—and turn the storefront into eye candy that pulls its own sensory weight.
