A popular coffee region situated between Bogotá and Medellin, Samana provided the perfect inspiration for this collaborative project between Mexican designer José Bermúdez and Colombian studios Vrokka and Fango Studio. The project celebrates the coffee culture of the region with two ranges of products that complement each other perfectly. First, the Container. Inspired by the shape of the wooden boxes used by coffee growers to select the best beans as well as by the height of tables in Mexican cantinas, this table and storage unit provides the ideal solution to store items and prepare a cup of joe. And maybe even start a conversation while making a cup of hot coffee.
The modern, minimalist design ensures that it blends into any décor. Materials include solid ash and steel as well as leather, the latter adding a warm accent to the design. Created with the same passion for traditional craftsmanship, the Accessories range brings a tactile quality to the coffee making ritual. This coffeeware collection includes cups, mugs, plates, containers, and utensils. Made of solid oak or ceramic, the accessories have an eye-catching texture and organic patterns.
