Apart from their easier loading system, Briqs also have an ignition layer that gets hot faster than traditional charcoal. Engineered by scientists, the Briq system features natural wood and charcoal to ensure the perfect smoky finish. Flavors like oak, hickory, and mesquite give food the rich taste propane gas grills can never deliver. The pieces also remain intact after grilling, to make cleaning as easy as possible.

The ceramic electric igniter lights the Briqs instantly, with a simple turn of a switch. Temperature controls ensure superior precision, from 200°-900˚F, while stocking and cooling fans adjust the airflow automatically to keep the temperature just right. Plus, this grill also looks gorgeous with a minimalist design that blends clean lines and rounded shapes. Made in Boulder, Colorado, with a double-walled porcelain enamel steel build, Spark Grill is crafted to last and to handle the elements for years to come.
