For the urbanite, the city is full of endless possibilities; for an ordinary longboard, those possibilities are limited by terrain. Stair-Rover, a longboard designed to handle stairs, cobblestones, and bumpy sidewalks, glides over these obstacles by use of its eight wheels for balance, patent-pending V-frame design, and impact-reducing chassis. While these technical features may seem unwieldy, Stair-Rover is designed with an elegant look in mind; the regular version features a maple deck and white frames underneath, and the pro version throws on a sleek cloak of black. Lead designer PoChih Lai and the rest of the team have seen Stair-Rover from sketches to prototypes (fourteen to be exact!), and a Kickstarter has just been launched to bring easy travels to the rest of the skateboarding and longboarding community. Join the Stair-Rover revolution!
