This year, Brooks celebrates its 150th anniversary. To mark the occasion and to pay tribute to the legendary brand, Berlin-based bike builder Schindelhauer has launched a limited edition of the popular Ludwig VIII bicycle. This version is sleeker and more elegant, yet still maintains the sporty appearance intact and celebrates the craftsmanship and the attention to detail that have made the English manufacturer renowned across the world. Painted completely black, the understated Brooks Edition of the Ludwig VIII features eye-catching copper accents on the seatbolt, dropouts and the Brooks Slender Cambium Grips. The Cambium C15 saddle boasts copper rivets and beautifully complements the copper details on the grips. This 8-gear urban bike comes in five frame sizes and only 100 bikes will be made, each available at a price of just over $2,200.
