Located on the Northeastern side of Singapore, this two and half story dwelling designed by Singapore based architects Formwerkz sits on a sunken piece of land facing a huge park adjacent to the sea, perfect for any middle aged couple that plans to entertain friends and family frequently. Unlike common residences, this house has its living spaces on the upper floors while bedrooms are placed on the lower level; this set up allows for bedrooms to get shade and privacy from the garden that’s elevated on top and the boundary walls while the communal space is easily connected with the park across the street.
