Slovenian designer Anka Štular was inspired to create a birdhouse that’s both tasteful and functional at the same time. She researched birds’ needs with biologists and technologists, resulting in this piece that’s got an opening big enough for the birds to have a full view of its surroundings. It is just the right size to provide a sense of security and small enough to keep bigger and more violent birds; it’s perforated at the bottom so the interior stays dry all year.
