Yemenite Totem

Taking inspiration from the Jewish Yemenite culture, this distinctive design brings together tradition and modern functionality. Designed by Tel Aviv-based Shir Avraham, Yemenite Totem looks like a sculpture when assembled, but it’s actually made of five separate elements. Four stools provide a practical seating solution for any living space, while a tray allows the user to transform any stool into a convenient side table. Ideal for smaller apartments, the totem also suits larger rooms as extra seating. It would no doubt come to the rescue when friends drop by for a visit. When not in use, the components combine in a striking decorative object that stands out in any décor.

The stools feature an iron frame as well as rods in different sizes. Various types of materials and artisanal techniques create a play between colors and textures.
