Refined eyewear designed with next-gen, open-ear audio technology.

Founded by three specialists in product design, creative direction, and brand development, Aether is an Estonia and China-based company that aims to revolutionize the eyewear market. The brand designs and makes glasses and sunglasses that merge high-end design with next-gen technology. And the result? Stylish eyewear that features built-in open-ear audio technology to offer users the perfect solution to look good and create their own ambience at the same time. Designed in Italy, the minimalist eyewear pays homage to modernist principles. The designs also merge European and Asian influences. They feature elegant curves and clean lines as well as versatile colorways.

The Aether team focused on high-end design, which means that the powerful audio tech remains cleverly hidden inside the frames. The collection includes both classic and more avant-garde designs with five different models in three colorways. The brand worked with world-renowned audio engineers to create suitable open-ear audio tech for the lightweight frames. Innovative and powerful, the system delivers clear directional sound that keeps music or calls in focus while minimizing distractions. All Aether eyewear comes with Bluetooth® 5.1 and Qualcomm aptX™ compact speakers discreetly integrated in each temple. The adaptive audio profiling adapts to the user’s environment, optimizing privacy on calls and reducing background noise.

Beyond the elegant design and next-gen tech, the brand’s products are also crafted from premium quality materials. Aether partnered with iconic Italian company Mazzucchelli 1849 to produce the hand-finished acetate frames. The Carl Zeiss Vision lenses feature UV-protected, anti-reflective, and fog- and scratch-resistant finishes. Finally, ultra-lightweight, nylon-injected temples with custom hinges enhance comfort. All Aether products come with an aluminum charging case that can charge the frames wirelessly in under an hour. The case features a matte brushed finish, polished edges and a magnetic closure.
