Piero Lissoni (1956) was born in Seregno, Italy. After completing his architecture degree at the Politecnico di Milano University, he co-founded architecture and interior design studio Lissoni Associati in 1986. He launched the visual communication agency Graph.x ten years later. In 2013, he founded Lissoni Architettura, followed by Lissoni Inc. in New York. Piero Lissoni’s work blends industrial design with playfulness and timeless elegance He works in a variety of disciplines, from residential, commercial, and hospitality architecture and interior design to product design and exhibition space design. Throughout his prolific career, Piero Lissoni has worked with world-renowned brands, including Alessi, Cassina, Audi, and Illy. The Italian designer and architect has won many awards for his work, including the prestigious Compasso d'Oro award.
