120 grammi (120 grams) is an architecture firm founded by Carlo Pavan and Nicola Pavan. The studio’s name refers to the weight of a single sheet of white paper – a blank canvas, ready for the first ideas that provide the creative spark for a project. Both founders have graduated with honors from the IUAV University of Venice. Working on projects that vary in scale and scope, the studio completes everything from residential and commercial architecture to research projects, public installations, and urban regeneration strategies. 120 grammi is based in Veneto, Italy.
