Grado and Bushmills Headphone Set

View all 5 Photos

The Bushmills Distillery in Ireland happens to be a favorite of Elijah Wood (you know Frodo Baggins from The Lord of the Rings movies) and his friend Zach Cowie. They decided to bring two things they love together, that is Bushmills Whiskey and some good music. How did they pull it off? By designing a set of Grado headphones made from the very barrels that stored the whiskey. The head piece is leather, the ear pieces are the wooden part.  Each one is packaged as the treasure they are, tucked inside a protective pouch, then placed in a charming wooden box. Available now form Turntable Lab.
