The unique nature of the House DT is like the first mature green leaf on a tree full of buds; it radiates with life and character as it stands tall in its diagonal position of Osaka, Japan. Daijiro Takakusa Architects & Associates designed this two-storey house that overlooks the calm waters of the Osaka Bay. It has two triangular areas that serve as a parking lot on one side and a terrace on the other. This rectangular structure features a multi-story window that blends the indoors with the out while displaying a large painted tree in the core of the home. It includes a music studio and a den for a possible drawing class with a space in between that provides as a spatial buffer as well as a sound barrier securing the privacy inside.
