This glistening home called JKC1, was built by Ong & Ong Architects. Exquisite taste folds in and out of this modern villa in Bukit Timah, Singapore.
It is built with environmentally conscious efforts with the home’s thermal control.  Inside the house strategic ponds and gardens bring temperature control and a calming effect on the soul.  The greenery is a distinct element to the architecture.  Everything draws your eyes to these indoor oasis providing energy of life and rejuvenating sun rays throughout the home.
This home is a luxurious stack of rectangles with windows framed by wood panels to add design and privacy.  Downstairs the library literally brings the indoors out with the pocket doors that provide seamless living into the pool area.  Features include dark hardwood floors throughout, a spiral staircase, tree top views from most windows, a generous balcony, and a sprawling roof top deck.
