At Dersou, you can find a creative menu that combines French cuisine and Asian influences. The restaurant has an open-kitchen design, which means that you can see Japanese chef Taku Sekine and his team as they prepare your food. Open from brunch (Saturday and Sunday) to dinner (from Tuesday to Saturday), the restaurant offers a different experience depending on the time of day. In the evening, you can only order from the tasting menu where dishes are paired with cocktails created by bartender Amaury Guyot. Keep in mind that Dersou is closed on Mondays.
