Chris Sutton has given us a product packed with integrity. His company, Noble Denim, began in 2011, named after his grandfather Noble Truman. He has been passionately driven to create a truly American product made with all home grown resources and assembled right in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The raw denim comes from North Carolina. The brass hardware and leather details come from Kentucky. The organic cotton is grown in California. Pieces are hand made with vintage sewing machines lined with the gold thread that stitches it all together. The workshop is humble and he diligently puts love into each and every pair.
The goal has always been to make a jean that fit amazing, that made you feel better than you ever have about your clothes, to stimulate a standard within American denim and then to never let us down. He has built this company purely on a desire to see things done right and not compromise, ever. He is determined to keep it that way, one pair of trousers at a time. Buy here.

I find a way to fearlessly provoke your senses and take you by the heart to whatever it is I’m writing about. My sweet spot is creative writing, but for the last 20 years I have been providing freelance content for publications on sustainability and green practices, design, architecture, fashion, and non-profit charity. Recently all wrapped up in producing my first book. I have bounced from NYC to Indianapolis, but my true home is a lovely small town in Central Pennsylvania where there’s a legit drive-your-tractor-to-school-day.
