Chocolate LEGO Bricks by Akihiro Mizuuchi

View all 10 Photos

This sweet design began as part of a Valentine’s Day tradition among Japanese designer Akihiro Mizuuchi and his friends. Every February fourteenth, the gang would make chocolates in the image of their favorite characters from Mobile Suit Gundam. This year, Mizuuchi decided to up the ante and make his manga-inspired chocolates from LEGO bricks. He designed the characters on his computer and then created molds using actual LEGO bricks. The resulting molds are small and delicate in appearance but can be used to make nerdy-worthy chocolates time and time again.
