Founded in 2011 by Florian Kallus and Sebastian Schneider, Kaschkasch is a Cologne-based design studio that specializes in furniture, lighting design, and art direction. As trained cabinet makers and holders of product design degrees, the founders bring their hands-on approach and extensive technical knowledge to every project. Innovative, minimalist, restrained, and made with a balance between form and function, their designs also combine traditional craftsmanship and new technology. The studio’s clients include Normann Copenhagen, Marset, Rolf Benz, Habitat, and Hay, among many others. For their work, the designers have received prestigious awards, including a Red Dot Award, German Design Award, and Interior Innovation Award.
