Ariadna Polo is a Mexico-based photographer whose work moves between architecture, interiors, and the atmosphere they create. Trained as an architect at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, she started out balancing two careers—working in architecture offices while building her own photographic practice on weekends and nights—before committing full time to photography in 2020. Her background gives her a sensitivity to space that’s clear in her images: careful with light, attentive to texture, and always looking for the deeper story a place has to tell. Polo isn’t interested in creating static, polished pictures; she aims to capture living spaces, showing how architecture interacts with light, landscape, and daily life. Her work has appeared in publications like AD Mexico, Divisare, Arquine, and Dezeen, and reflects a thoughtful, quiet approach shaped by close observation and real-world experience.
