Edison Lamp by Damien Urvoy

Taking on the disguise of an incandescent light bulb as built by Edison whereas a filament wire glows when heated to a high temperature triggered by an electric current, we have here the appropriately named Edison lamp. The stage is set: a cord runs around the wooden spool like the original bulb grooves and a familiar shining display whirls around covered by a fat glass globe. Let out the cord for more wire give, or wrap it up neat and tidy otherwise. This clever design by Damien Urvoy delivers a stout edition of the classic, a memory of light bulb history for our modern decor.
