After launching the Monty range that revamped the classic ‘70s hiker boots in footwear with a Southern Californian look and feel, Ridgemont Outfitters takes things up a notch with The Heritage boot. Inspired by traditional alpine boots, the footwear provides a stylish take on a classic in a fresh design. At home both on city streets and on winding mountain trails, The Heritage is ideal for urban dwellers who want to get away from concrete jungles and explore the outdoors. Style, comfort and function combine in a versatile and technical boot that performs well in various environments.

The design features a full-grain leather upper with a waxed waterproof finish, the brand’s signature EVA Cush open cell foam insole that is supportive as well as anti-microbial and non-absorbent, a heel stabilizer, a custom Variflex lasting board for optimum rigidity, and heavy-duty hardware. Wrapped in a Hydroguard waterproof lining, the boot will keep feet dry, rain or shine. Available now through Kickstarter, The Heritage comes in Black/Orange or Java/Red. Early bird packages offer a 40% reduction from the retail price, with a free limited-edition Ridgemont t-shirt also included. Images courtesy of Ridgemont Outfitters.
