Located in Zbecno, Czech Republic, a family home stands tall over its woody neighbors in the protected zone of Krivoklatsko. A.LT Architekti designed this house on wooden beams because of the slant of the land. Its hexagon shape was designed to increase the amount of sunlight as well as the all around views of the environment. An abundance of space exists on the entrance and terrace of the first floor while an outside enclosure was formed on the garage level. A living room with a kitchen and a laundry room with a toilet is on the first floor. The second floor holds all the private rooms including two bedrooms, a bathroom and an office.
