The “Little Hilltop with Wind View” lookout tower pays little mind to its sturdy construction as it lightly moves against the wind in Shimonoseki, Japan. Designers Shingo Masuda, Katsuhisa Otsubo and Yuta Shimada followed a poetic approach to how visitors experience the panoramic views of the surrounding wind mills in this tower. Not only can onlookers see the beauty of the nature around them, but they can feel it in this gentle rocking structure.
