The owner James works closely with local businesses to provide high quality products to his customers. Most of the food is sourced from farmers’ markets and local bakeries, while the coffee comes from a small business managed by a mother and son who buy the coffee directly from Nicaraguan farmers, roast the beans in Williamsburg, and sell them directly to James.
