The New York Chair designed by Italian Sergio Bicego for furniture company Saba Italia is an eclectic chair that carries the name of the Big Apple with pride. It will be presented officially at the Salone del Mobile (Italian Furniture Fair next 17-22 April.
Both an uptown attitude and a downtown spirit are present in a single design object, also featuring  interchangeable upholstery that reveals an innate versatility. The powder coated steel wire structure is available in multiple versions and perfectly complemented by a reversible octagonal cushion. The unusual and versatile ergonomics allows for personal choice of upholstery and colour, creating different chromatic solutions. The padding is made of foam with a density of 50 IM and covered with Dacron upholstered with white cotton.
