Not your grandpa’s sauna. The One Man Sauna stands on an abandoned factory site in Bochum, Germany. The Modulorbeat design is a stacked tower of concrete shaft mine components. Inside, the industrial building contains a plunge pool, a sauna, and a meditation room with a skylight. The three spaces are connected by a ladder; even relaxing is a workout.
