Stutterheim Chelsea Rainwalker Boot

Beautifully designed and expertly crafted.

After launching a gorgeous accessory collection in 2016, Swedish brand Stutterheim delights minimalism fans again with a new collab that expands its collection of accessories. Partnering with Slovakian shoe manufacturer Novesta, Stutterheim designed an all-weather boot that protects the user against the elements, from toe to top. A perfect companion to the company’s popular raincoats. The Chelsea Rainwalker Boot features the instantly recognizable silhouette. Beyond the familiar design, however, the user discovers the skilled craftsmanship that went into the making of the product. Founded in the late 1930s, Novesta has been producing rubber shoes ever since it opened the doors of its Le Corbusier-designed factory. Which makes them the ideal partner to create the next Stutterheim hit.

Handmade, the boot features natural rubber to keep rainwater away, while the interior boasts 100% cotton lining for more comfort. The unisex boot comes in three colorways as well as in 10 sizes. Gray, white, or red soles contrast the black upper, offering an easy way to color co-ordinate an outfit. Launched in February 2018, the limited edition Chelsea Rainwalker boot will be available in Stutterheim’s online shop. The brand’s Stockholm and New York flagship stores will also stock the boot, which will cost $145. Photographs© Stutterheim.
