The interior design company, founded by Chris Duffy, shines a new light on what is considered as work and what is deemed as play. Extending from the walnut table is a four-poster steel frame from which hangs eight swings composed of gently folded planes to form the shell of each seat. Though imbued with infinitely more style than a traditional park swing set, the Swing Table still manages to capture the imagination of youth while incorporating a sleek look that is fit for a casual office. The seats hang at a slight angle, providing ergonomic support in its comfortable recline. Even when vacant, the entire piece carries the tranquility of a beautiful mobile, with chairs quietly swinging in response to even the tiniest breeze. The Swing Table comes with the option of a domed, geodesic lamp can be fixed over the table if needed.
