The Lai Residence Loft by PMK + Designers

View all 24 Photos

A wonderful mixture of space, urban living, architecture and spirituality represents the PMK philosophy and makes up the presence of the Lai Residence. Common areas integrate together merging the simple activities of cooking, dining, family bonding and entertainment to create a space of ease in it’s city location of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The two-storey penthouse apartment, created by PMK+Designers, has its living areas on the second floor that connect to a somewhat private master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a master bath and a separate private study. In order to upkeep the quality of the house, solid wood, concrete and raw metal were used as the home’s materials. Art and decor display wonderfully on the brick wall surfaces of the home adding to the rest of its stunning characteristics.
