3+ Furniture Collection by Zieta

I remember with fondness my childhood Erector set, with the metal plates riddled with matrices of holes and a packet of screws and nuts to match. Zieta’s 3+ Collection operates with the same idea of customization and a prefab build that allows flexible design. The modular furniture – an assemblage of parts for chairs, tables, shelves, and more – are folded from sheets of perforated metal that come with beech dowels to serve as legs and connectors. The industrial theme is preserved with the white, grey, and black colors in which the furniture is offered. Both construction and disassembly are acts of ease, and the thin composition of each piece makes rearranging of a room’s interior a cinch as well.  3+ Collection will be presented at Milan’s Design Week 9-13 April 2013.
