Adidas Originals x Kvadrat Stan Smith

In a match made in design heaven, adidas Originals and Danish textile powerhouse Kvadrat collaborated on a very special edition of Stan Smith sneakers. The adidas Originals x Kvadrat Stan Smith feature Kvadrat’s Squares fabric. Created by designer Vibeke Rohland, the design provides a modern interpretation of the classic plaid pattern while also paying homage to Copenhagen.

The splashes of color on lighter or darker backdrops give the kicks an eye-catching look. Pared-down, the iconic stripes appear as embroidered accents that complement the geometric shapes. Other details include a leather heel patch, co-branding on the tongue and heel, as well as a classic white outsole. Launching on the 6th of July, the special edition adidas Originals x Kvadrat Stan Smith model comes in three colorways. Customers will be able to choose between Navy, Pink and Core Black. But we’d have a hard time picking just one. Photographs© adidas.
