Paola Corsini is an architectural photographer and architect based in Geneva, working internationally. She graduated from the Accademia di architettura in Mendrisio in 2009. Her photographs pay close attention to the way light falls across a room, the texture of a surface, and the relationships between adjoining spaces. Working across housing, schools, workplaces, and interiors, she documents both new architecture and the adaptation of existing buildings.
Her clients include NOMOS, Esch Sintzel Architekten, Buchner Bründler Architekten, and Christian Dupraz Architecture Office. Projects she has photographed range from NOMOS’s Mosso offices and workshops in Geneva to Esch Sintzel’s conversion of a wine warehouse into housing in Basel. Her work has appeared in ArchDaily, Divisare, and Domus, offering a close view of contemporary architecture through its spaces and details.
