Templeton Ford is a RIBA Chartered architecture and interiors studio led by Andre and Jessica Templeton Ford. Based in London and Sussex, the practice works throughout the UK, creating homes and buildings shaped by landscape, local history, and craft. The studio’s approach brings together architecture, interiors, and material detail into one coherent whole, with a focus on natural materials, vernacular building traditions, and spaces designed for daily life.
Launched after decades of experience across architecture, creative direction, design, and the arts, Templeton Ford has already built a strong identity around place-led design and long-lasting construction. Its first completed project, Clay Rise, is a self-built rural home in West Sussex that combines handmade brick, clay tiles, timber panels, lime plaster, and stone into a contemporary house closely tied to its setting. The project was shortlisted for the 2025 AJ Manser Medal and British Homes Awards, and won a 2026 RIBA South East Award. From new-build homes to sensitive renovations like Highbrook Cottage, the studio creates architecture that feels grounded, tactile, and built to age well.
