Hellcat X132 “Combat” by Confederate Motorcycles

View all 13 Photos

With a nickname like “Combat”, you can be sure that this motorcycle means business. Commissioned by veteran rider James Hoegh for the BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials at Bonneville Salt Flats, Hellcat X132 is a prototype built in the garage – and laboratories – of Confederate Motorcyles. The monstrous thoroughbred of a bike means business, and is accented with a large army green gas tank, and a chrome and black body. The motorcycle’s straight exhaust pipes create the impression that the bike is already poised for the race, which is nothing short of the truth. Hoegh’s custom bike includes a smart motor that processes data for adjustments that make the ride sweeter, and even faster. Powered by a modified 132 cubic inch S&S XWedge engine, the motorcycle is also fitted with a better oil pump, and boasts an 11:1 compression ratio. With no front wheel disc brakes, this bike guarantees a fast and wild ride. And the result of the trials? Of course, Combat lived up to her name and put on a performance to break the existing record, clocking in with an average run of 172.210 miles per hour.
