Honoring craftsmanship in a creative way.

There is something unmistakable and special about a handcrafted object. Apart from its intrinsic value and distinct character, a handmade item also tells a story. A story that connects it not only to a specific place and time, but also to its maker. Regardless of purpose, material, or design, every handcrafted product reveals a part of the creator. One-of-a-kind and full of character, these items are the kind that remain in one family. The kind that are passed down from generation to generation. Italian designer Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba explores this concept in his usual creative style.

Made for avant-garde brand Seletti, the Fingers collection celebrates the art of traditional craftsmanship while providing a fresh take on the concept of classic artifacts. Made from brass, all of the products feature round indentations and hand-molded details that remind of artisan-made objects. Carefully shaped and finished, the objects have a rustic character, paying homage to the art of slowly crafting items by hand. This textured surface boasts a golden finish, making these products look like antique artifacts, found buried deep underground.

The Fingers collection features a range of home accessories, tableware and lighting. A pendant light offers a more minimalist twist on the range’s signature style, while the table lamp and industrial lamp take the aesthetic to another level. The collection also includes a tableware section. Cutlery and plates, bowls and candle holders – all of them bring style to the dining table while providing the perfect starting point for conversations at dinners with friends. Highlighting the marks of the artisan/artist, the Fingers range gives everyday objects a strong personality and a personal touch. It’s a clever way to link the design to millennia of handcrafting techniques while reminding of the character of handmade products. Discover the entire collection in our store.
