Urwek UR-105M Watches

View all 10 Photos

Just today, Urwerk presented the UR-105M Iron Knight and Dark Knight watches. Inspired by jousting and medieval suits of armor, the steely knights shield their watch faces in a lightweight “canopy” of PEEK. Both designs include a new UR 5.01 movement with satellite display. There are four hour disks mounted on a Geneva cross, and, on the side, one can find a power gauge and a seconds counter with marks every two seconds and numerals for every ten. On the flipside, the “control board” holds real-time monitors of the watch’s power, “oil,” and fine tuning. The Swiss-made watch comes in two styles, the Iron Knight with a bezel of brushed steel and the Dark Knight shining in black AITiN-treated steel, each made in respective limited edition runs of 77 pieces.
