Sebastien Klein, founder of the London-based Brevet Cycles, takes inspiration from vintage French bikes when creating his two-wheel masterpieces. This stunning design exemplifies the brand’s aesthetic perfectly. Taking cues from French ‘porteur’ bicycles, The “V” bike blends old-time charm and sleek modern lines. Unsurprisingly, it already won two prizes at the UK’s Bespoked Handmade Bicycle Show. Handmade, like all of the bicycles signed by Brevet Cycles, this model features a distinctive frame with intersecting lines between the vertical and horizontal tubes, as well as a various custom parts.

At the front, there’s a custom stem with a bell mount system as well as a bespoke luggage rack. Premium components include a Gates Carbon drive belt system, a Shimano Alfine 11 speed hub, and a Shutter Precision Center Lock system. In terms of style, the bicycle shines. It boasts a gray and black palette with Michaux Club’s reflective strips on the handlebar, a dark gray Brooke Cambium Saddle and elegant Compass Stampede Pass Extra Light 32mm tires. A stainless steel bottle opener is also included as an extra feature. Photography© Brevet Cycles.
