Based in Springville, Utah, Vorsheer is a custom trailer manufacturer that makes premium quality, custom off road trailers in an honest, open way. Established in 2018 by four former Moby1 employees, the family-owned and run company started out in a small garage, but quickly moved into full-size production thanks to a growing demand for top quality trailers. By Spring 2019, Vorsheer had doubled its manufacturing area and production capabilities.
The company’s team has more than 15 years of combined off-road trailer building experience. Naturally, this shows in every project they complete. The Vorsheer trailers are also different in crucial ways from similar products on the market. That’s because they have a design that puts the focus on ultimate function and convenience. Thanks to their cleverly simplified builds that feature minimal components, these custom off road trailers rarely require any repairs. And even when they do, the use of standard parts and the easy access to main components makes it easy to fix the problem and go on your way.
Custom made in-house by talented craftsmen, all Vorsheer trailers feature components that are almost entirely crafted in the USA. Which is a rare feat, in any industry. After designing and planning the builds on the computer, the team uses CNC laser cutting and hydraulic bending to craft steel frames an aircraft grade aluminum roof racks, boxes, and fenders. Made from aluminum and wood, each trailer body has excellent weather resistance thanks to the use state-of-the-art technology. All custom off road trailers comes to life in the same shop, with craftsmen assembling the components by hand.
The company’s line-up includes the XOC trailer, introduced in December 2018, as well as the Armadillo and VRT trailers, launched later this year. Designed with long, off-grid trips in mind, every off-road trailer comes with different sets of options, to suit any requirements. Plus, ordering a custom Vorsheer trailer is easy, as the company doesn’t request deposits and has virtually no waiting times.
