Australian brand Bellroy makes everyday carry essentials with a focus on refined design and premium quality. From the company’s first product, a slimmed down, elegant leather wallet that optimized card positioning, the Bellroy collection has grown to include leather bags, backpacks, and totes. Now, the brand has expanded its range with the Premium Collection that upgrades three popular designs with custom-made leather panels. This environmentally certified leather is softer but more robust than the leather used for Bellroy wallets. As it has extra body, it also holds its shape better. The brand uses only eco-friendly leather sourced from gold-rated Leather Working Group tanneries along with sustainably produced woven fabrics.
Apart from the custom leather and fabric upgrades, the premium version of the Classic Backpack features various pockets for essentials and gear as well as contrasting webbing, a padded back, comfort shoulder straps, and a water-resistant pocket for phones and keys. The Tokyo Tote pushes the functionality of this everyday bag further. It features both internal pockets that sit flush against the walls and pop-out pockets for water bottles or bulkier items. A quick-access pocket for valuables comes with an Aquaguard zip, for more peace of mind. The Bellroy Sling features the same conveniently adaptable design with an expandable side gusset that adjusts the bag to the needs of the user.
