The young artist built a quick mold out of fiberglass reinforced silicone sheet using a pattern and a regular stapler. After filling with the small pieces of low-density polyethylene plastic, he seals with a few more staples, and pops it in a traditional pizza oven for about 30 minutes. The design comes after the heat makes the chair manipulative. With a few bricks and some helpful stands, the seat forms to its own destiny. They are absolutely one of a kind and totally fun.
